i went there to upgrade my mobile contract and store manager adam offered me i phone 14 pro max and he said he got available stock right now for collection but once he done my paper work and credit check ask me to pay upfront cost which is 29£ once i paid he printed my receipt and went inside to get my phone but he came back again sorry there is system error we don't have any in stock right now but im promised 100% i will get to store day after.i said that's fine ill come and pickup day after which is 27 of oct 2023.i was waiting for the text massage but i never receive anything from vodafone then i walk into store to pickup my phone but sales advisor call ryan said to me there is no delivery today you only get your phone by next Tuesday which 31 ft of oct 2023 then i asked him why your store manager promised me on friday then person call ash came to me said we dont know and we cant take any responsibility at all.i said to him can i speak to someone who can take the responsibility for my problem then ash said to me there is no body and we cannot take any responsibly for anything ..this two guys was really rude to me.i went today to store which is 28th of sat 2023 then adam who is the store manager said to me i cant control the delivery i dont know what happened you will get your phone by tuesday we cannot do anything at all.i went there on 26th of thursday 3 clock to upgrade my contract but adam showed to his computer email i have oder your phone 1.20 pm i wasn't even there he was lying to me and he was trying cancel my contact as well.people please dont go to this store again never trust this pleple ASH RAYAN ADAM...

No proper response to the customer who visit the store. I didn't like the attitude of salesman who was saying the store is closed at 6:15 pm even though the store closing time is at 7 pm.

My mother has been a loyal customer of this store for 10+ years, her phone is 2yrs old and suddenly became very slow. She was advised it was the age of the phone and she would need to buy another. I do not work in any technical capacity but was able to drastically improve the performance of the phone with a few simple updates and some advice i.e. closing browser tabs. Vodafone you should be ashamed of yourselves, customer service here ends when you enter your pin at the till.

I was just going to pick up my new phone! Simple.... No! Because my address was my parents house and my Vodafone account address was my new address they couldn't do anything. Now I had to cancel the phone and reorder it which I can't do until next week Wednesday because of the jubilee. Petrol isn't cheap Vodafone!!

We were assisted by Ash who we found very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all our questions completely and had great customer service. He was very polite and welcoming. It was an easy stop and our queries resolved very quickly.

Only 1 star because I couldnt give 0.wifes Phone disconnected for.no reason and now in the 3rd day with no phone and cannot talk to anyone because the number is not recognised and the online so called aupport is a joke.DO NOT USE VODAPHONE EVER!!!!!!!

Terrible. I went in to find out some information about a specific device and their contract plans for it and before we even spoke about such plans, the person dealing with me (Agit, I think his name was) just wanted to find out about my current broadband, speeds I got, etc and then tried to sell me it... I came regarding mobile contract plans, not for broadband plans...When asked about Vodafones 5G coverage and reliability, he couldn't back up his claims with any proof and just said Vodafone was the best (he's paid to say this so it was expected anyway) and some other things with no proof as well...In the end, I wasted 15 minutes of my life and the store deal was rubbish also. ?

Store only interested in putting you on most expensive contracts available with poor advice, no wriggle room and hard sell tactics. Staff are useless and don't understand your what seem simple questions and tell you to call Vodafone...walked out and went to O2 up the street who were much more competitive and actually knew what they were doing.. Bye bye Vodafone!!

Service was great. Even though all the staff were busy they took the time to help me out with a sim swap for no charge. Bought an adaptor cause I felt bad after being helped so much.
