Nightmare. Waited 2 weeks for glasses to be delivered, wrong colour arrived, can never EVER get through to the store on the phone.

Completely clueless staff. Orders get delayed due to lack of experience. They do not know how to use the program software for the work they do. The have no clue how to add the NHS voucher, one staff members puts the notes on the system, on your next visit the other staff members cannot find it. Be prepared to call the help line to do their job for them to help them a few times. Also they never answer the phone. If you don't live in city center, be prepared to travel in person to check your order status.

They are in a temporary location as their original store is under renovation. The service quality is quite slow and the new frame options are not anything worth mentioning. Their phone line doesn't work. Therefore, you have to go there physically to speak with someone (and pay for parking)! They have misplaced my order and even the main customer service team can't reach out to them over phone! In my opinion, they should have closed this centre during renovation rather than providing us with such a poor quality service.

This place never seems to answer their phones. Apparently they are always busy from 9am. Even if you call just before 6pm no one ever answers! I needed to speak to an advisor and could not get through I must have tried for 2 whole days! I even contacted head office who then emailed them and still no call back or anything. Their customer service is absolutely rubbish. Especially when u trying to get your delivery of new glasses. Which they were meant to do but instead they send a message for collection! How are you meant to contact people when there no answer and no message option when they can call back at a better time! Iv waited on hold so many times for over 20mins when the call just drops in the end because obviously its timed out! Absolutely rubbish. I'm definitely switching after this!

They were very helpful. The man that did my eye test explained everything in detail for me to understand as there was something he found i was unsure about. The lady that helped me pick out my frames was very nice too, her name is sana.

Unfortunately, they don?t care of their customers at all. Decided to go with a special correction lens for my child glasses, cost £270 in total if I pay in monthly instalments for 2 years. The credit check declined for an unknown reason, as I?ve got an excellent credit score (994 out of 999 on Experian), no debts. Now the credit score will go down due to this nonsense hard check with a doggy company they use. Ok, whatever, so I said I can pay in one go instead. The guy called Billy (sales god, not) said in this case I have to pay £30 more? Where is the logic? I?m offering you this money today in full, instead of in 2 years (which will be less in value due to inflation) and you saying me to pay more??? Unbelievable! Disgusting!!!

Have previously raved about this place, but service he declined over the last few years. You can never get through to someone via the telephone, and the final straw for me was turning up to my contact lenses checkup and eye test to be told I?d have to wait has the staff member us gone on his lunch. After 30 mins I walked out, I?ll be taking my business elsewhere

Never answer the phone regardless of what time and what day you call them. It?s incredibly frustrating! Eventually called another branch located in a supermarket who were happy to help me. Shocked at what I was told - VE in leicester highcross had made a fundamental error with my lenses which had to be re-done. How can a ?reputable? firm make such errors? My lenses are now being rectified by the VE located in the supermarket. They were brilliant and I cannot fault them at all. They apologised for the error of their branch in the highcross. I was young enough to notice that something didn?t feel right which is what prompted me to get the lenses checked. If it had been my elderly father he would have simply put it down to eyesight deterioration and continued wearing the wrong lensed glasses.

Tried to call the shop in Leicester on two occasions today. No one answers the phone!! I had both calls ring for approximately 12 minutes. Not even an electronic answer phone or an electronic offer of a call back. ?????All I wanted to do was to get back to back appointments made for eye tests for with and without contact lenses and advice on as to whether I was to show up with contacts in or my glasses on.Very disappointed and left wondering, if customer service is this bad and contact is unattainable then maybe I should go somewhere else.
