My husband and I needed to close one of our Virgin accounts and open other. All of the options were explained to us by Lauren, who spent 90 minutes with us, on the phone and the internet guiding us through every step, switching the accounts, and downloading the app on to our phone. We couldnt have done it without her. Amazing customer service. A big thank you to Lauren and her colleagues.
