Booked in to see a Ranger. Agreed a price and was told to come down on Monday at 10am. Was originally asked to put down £1000.00 deposit but didn't feel comfortable doing that on something that I had not seen. Had been in talks with Wes since Saturday. Came in and found out he had sold it already. Coming from so far thought he would at least hold my appointment and if anyone else was interested then he could of said he had an appointment at 10am for it but if it was still free after then they could come and look as a price had been agreed between us didn't seem to care we had come so far. He said he had tried to call but he never left a message and can't answer the phone while driving . He was unapologetic and just brushed us off. The customer who brought the Ranger admitted he had only called Wes the night before. Would not recommend never been treated so badly.

Veejay and Jack are an asset to Unity. I had to find a decent replacement for my ST that was stolen a few months prior. I travelled quite far to find the right car. Nothing was too much trouble and right from the first contact i felt that they shared my excitement at getting my new car. With most dealerships I've had contact with through the years I have felt they do the generic phone calls to get the sale and seem pushy. But at Unity, there was no pressure to do anything and I felt that they genuinely wanted the best for me when purchasing my car. They go above and beyond and I highly recommend them

Some are professional but some were little rude I took my car to be check but they found one problem and fixed that and didn't fully check. They mechanic only works two days so there booking is long and even if they didn't fully fix my car I had to book another appointment for the next week. Which is annoying as I can't use my car. They also don't give another car to use so I am there with my car that I cannot use for more then week because if there is more problem my warranty will give problem.
