Hit and miss. Sometimes good service other times bad. Was told they don't have website which they do if you just Google it and that online prices are different to the same company in store. And that transfer time is 2 days but took almost 8 days. Unreliable

A few stupid & dishonest reviews! I was there this morning and the customer service was excellent! I was served by Valerica who had a superb customer service skills! Answered all questions with a very polite manner! The gentleman called pranav was quite helpful too!

Customer service i received from pranav especially was very bad. He didnt used sorry or please or thank you in conversation. I strongly advised uae exchange to give extra training to him how to talk to customer
