I bought a refurbished E46 Garret turbo from these guys for my 2004 320d. It has been fitted to my car for a couple weeks now and the difference has been impressive as youd expect replacing a worn turbo, especially as my turbo's oil seals had gone and it was at 150k miles with a remap so the additional strain of remap killed my turbo in the end and it was sluggish. The refurbed turbo came to me very well packaged, with gaskets, and my car is pulling through all the gears with boost much much better than it was. 2 year warranty brings peace of mind too. The quality of the refurbished turbo seems to be outstanding, so if you want to save yourself some money on buying a new turbo, i would really recommend this place.I paid a 120 surcharge deposit as i had to send my old turbo back to Prem Diesel. This was instantly refunded to me as soon as they recieved my old turbo through PayPal for anyone who is sceptic of the surcharge policy. Very happy with my purchase thanks guys ?Edit: After 3 years the turbo was still strong, I have sold the car now but had no issues.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!Purchased a "reconditioned" turbo from them ages ago which was faulty upon fitting and am still trying to contact them over a year in now about getting it sent back to go through the warranty process but am constantly ignored by Simon! I have all screenshots/videos and voice messages which I will now be taking to TRADING STANDARDS to get this sorted. I have rated 1 star as this is the minimum or I wouldn't of bothered and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Such a shame as alot of people rely on a service like this to keep them on the road. There is soo much more I could put on here but I simply have had enough!! .. just avoid people !!!

Avoid this company at all costs!!! Fast to take your money and 6 weeks later still waiting for my surcharge refund. Numerous e-mails and telephone calls avoided with one excuse after another. Go and buy from somewhere else or regret it.

All's Well that Ends Well - after nearly a year of being messed about by Simon, I have to congratulate Kunal upon his prompt and first class customer service having sent me a replacement turbo unit for my Jeep Commander immediately upon taking over from Simon. The one Simon sent out, after much delay, proved to have a defective control unit and required reprogramming of the gearbox but the new unit now appears to work perfectly so all's well that ends well. Accordingly I am pleased to recommend Kunal/Premier Diesel for their fist class customer service and hope that all of you who suffered at the hands of Simon have now had your issues resolved to your satisfaction.I have just been contacted by Simon who explained that I had not been cut off but that there is a fault with their telecoms system and that their manager has been too busy to answer any of my emails. Although delivery was delayed and the actuator appears to be defective we have agreed to leave matters now until I return from abroad in September, when I then hope that we can resolve matters. As promised, I will keep you posted on developments .

Terrible experience with this company. As one customer said they're sending damaged turbos and then the refund process takes ages to be finalised via eBay and then PayPal. They lie all the time. None of their promises were done right... I strongly recommend you to avoid Premier Diesel at all costs.

Delivery time was okay. Quality of the rebuilt turbo was good. Shame about the customer service side of this company. I sent back my old turbo unit at my own expense, kept them well informed about tracking etc. Paid the £120 refundable deposit(ON TIME) - Only then to have to send several messages over the course of 21 days, to get my deposit back. Given some rubbish excuse of issues with funds on their Ebay account etc. Only got it back after beginning to raise a dispute with ebay/paypal. Ohhh, I'm guessing your business account must be empty then? Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Look after your customers , WE pay on time, you keep up your end of the deal! Wouldn't recommend this company. I have never ever had any problems with anything like this before.

Very pleased with the reconditioned turbocharger, the car is now performing as it should.The delivery etc. didn't go as expected but was still satisfactory.

Worst company I've had the misfortune of dealing with ! I purchased a reconditioned turbocharger via eBay and paid the refundable deposit for my old unit. They immediately marked the turbo as dispatched and bearing in mind that it was next day delivery it still had not arrived by the Friday (ordered monday). I called them and they sent it out however it was damaged on arrival and looked poorly built. My mechanic advised me to send it back. They accepted the return via eBay and I sent it back immediately however left the refund for weeks until the last possible date the were allowed too via eBay rules. The refundable deposit was also requested however I had to request a paypal dispute that was ruled in my favour a month later.Sham company full of lies and inferior product ! I would strongly advise people to avoid at all costs and look for a local specialist like I ended up doing !

Ordered turbo from these guys had a bit of a mix up with the order initially. But they were extremeley helpful and sorted problem for me without any extra charges (other than the turbo being more expensive than the wrongly ordered one) great service and easy communication. Simon was very helpful. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic service all turbos in my area were extremely expensive to the point I nearly put my car to the crusher! These guys saved the day for me a fraction of the cost and the trust not to take the surcharge up front it was a simple swap for my old turbo for there reconditioned unit on delivery. Thanks again

Ten out to ten for service and delivery. If you are not sure on what product to purchase for your car you will get the best advice and help if you contact them. I Purchased turbo for my Golf and it works perfect now. My mechanic also will recommend customers for this site after I shown him the turbo. Thanks again
