I never would normally give a review of a bank . However the young man who served me yesterday deserves mentioning. He was extremely friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. Also mentioning aspects of our accounts which we may not be making full use of. Definitely a people person which made for a very easy visit. We need more people like him in such places! Well done and much appreciated.

No one answered phone this morning from 9am for half an hour do they even work there? On arrival girl in Reception told me to stop talking... customers service level at its lowest. 4 people sitting there doing nothing. What a disgrace

I feel compelled to review and commend the staff at this TSB branch after my visit today. I arrived feeling very fazed, and was helped to solve my issue by no less than three different people during the hour or so I was there. They were all efficient, patient, kind, customer focused and happy to go the extra mile. I felt so grateful for their assistance and reassurance with something I?d have sorted myself in an instant 8 years ago but is now the kind of thing I struggle with!Thank-you. I hope this branch always remains open, you?re a great team!

A positive experience here.Dealt efficiently with my queries and tasks and fulfilled my goals where another Southern town failed everywhere to help solve my problems leaving me frustrated. On entry was greeted by manageress and passed to desk clerk who was polite and efficient.
