I had a missed call from the bank 5 times , I called them back doesn't even give you an option to speak to anyone, as they called me 5 times I thought it must be urgent , still in the dark.

Poor service, couple of available on counters and they don?t want to take money, they want to put money in the machines, no help, they open at 12 and close at 4,although they close doors at 5, the worst bank in the city.

Been in to this bank 3 or 4 times now trying to sort out bank account after my dad's passing. Seen 3 different people who all say different things including the female supervisor who has one of the worst attitudes I've ever come across in a public relationship role.

One of the worst customer service I ever experienced in my life.And beyond the arrogant behaviour l, you have to pay £5 to get a bank statement. I would Give a 0 star.

The opening hours are.... 9-17... But they close early.... Because they are lazy enough to not make customers happy.... So I give a half star if I can ....

Worst Bank In The Whole Of The UK!!!, Rude Arrogant Lazy Staff Never Welcoming Not Even A Smile! Payed £1850 Into My Account Via The Machine Which Only Accepts The Maximum Of £2500 Only For One Member Of Staff To Tell The English Woman I Had £650 I Wanted To Put Into My Account And Low And Behold The Suspicious Questions Started Getting Asked Of Them Wanting To Know Where I'd Got All My Own Money From!!! I Swiftly Left Telling Them To Close My Account And Asked Them To Shred My Card.People You Have Been Warned And I'm Not The Only Negative Reviewer On Here.Open Up An Account Somewhere Else As You'll Get Nowhere Banking Here.

Terrible terrible experience.I created my account and though they said it'd be ready by the end of the week, it has been almost a month and I still haven't received it my card.I then went to the bank two weeks later and the woman said that a document was missing, yet they never called me to let me know.She then said that a banker will call me in the next three days. It has now been a week and nobody has called.TSB this is appalling! Please sort yourselves out.And if anyone is thinking of joining them, then for your own sake think again please!If giving no stars was an option that's what I'd be giving!
