Very bad
Experience: today we had appointment at 2pm and we are still waiting for the pharmacy to give us the medicines. Either they are so slow like moving with 1000kg in their legs or they are so dumb . It?s around 6pm and we are still waiting .
They are sending us to different buildings pharmacies and this exact thing happened last time so we confirmed with them but they said you have to collect the medicine from other buildings pharmacy. I don?t know what is happening here. The doctor sits just 2 door after the pharmacy and still they call the dr and wait for 20-30 min (as they think the dr will answer their call!!!)and then they send us to another pharmacy.
The main problem here is I am with my new born baby and I already had 2 feeds since we came here.
And they are just asking us to wait for more 30 min !!!!
So looks like we are going to be here from 2pm to 6.30pm with my crying new born and just to collect medicines.
On the other hand DOCTORS are doing awesome job and very quick 5 * for doctors in the hospital but -5 * for pharmacy.
They need to change the system to deliver quickly or need to change the people working inside

The person in front desk was friendly and polite . She told me waiting time 25mins even only two people in waiting area (Saturday ).Than after 45mins my prescription was not ready. I asked the front desk what's going on and they said cant find my prescription. After 5mins they find it and told my that I did mentioned that someone else will collect my prescription (not true) they see me sitting in waiting area .Really disappointing with the speed and dealing with people. If they see someone sitting there for a while is for reason. Should be asked if I need help . Usually pharmacy in my experience when is not busy the medication is done in less than 10mins. I ended to pay for parking too.? thanks

One of the worst pharmacies ever. So slow and how can they serge the LRI with such slow service.
UHL need to review this provision as my child felt more ill visiting the pharmacy than the hospital!
They gave non dissolvable capsules to a 4 year old? Then said will change but it was looking like another 30 minutes after waiting 40 minutes!
The lady who served us was fine but pharmacist needs to look at the age of its patients first!
They are too busy and understaffed!

Most of the staff friendly, although one lady is very slow.. that's where 2 stars came from. Otherwise, it looks like the pharmacy got contract from hospitals, and unable to fulfill demand. Also, medication prescribed they don't have, owing note was given to come back in 1/2 days, four days after no medication no bother from pharmacy, you may die without medication but as long as pharmacy getting hospitals contracts, they are allright. When arrived on the fourth day, no medication in the system, thankfully very helpful gentlement from staff members investigated the case, found medication that actually was in stock, and promised to report to management.

Not very helpful. Had spoken to someone 3 hours before collecting my prescription who said they would get it ready. When going to pick it up, it's still not ready. The little consultation room looks more like a storage cupboard and not inviting at all. Seems disorganised. In addition, you still cannot pay for the car park by card.

Travelled into Leicester to pick up medication and it was closed at 4pm even though should have been open until 8pm

Really fab service today by the female pharmacist - thank you for your kindness, it was really appreciated. Keep up the great work. The pharmacy building was very organised, professional and clean.

I had an unpleasant experience when I went to get a prescription filled. The woman at the counter was in the back, engrossed in paperwork. I politely asked for assistance, but she curtly replied that she was busy. I understand that healthcare professionals are often under pressure, but it is important to treat patients with respect and understanding. After waiting for an extended period in the emergency department, it was disheartening to encounter rudeness at the pharmacy. Fortunately, another pharmacist stepped in, took my prescription, and apologized on behalf of her colleague.

No problem picking my prescription up from here at all, I didn?t know about the ?wait for your text? system, so did have to wait 20 minutes for them to prep it, but they were on it and got it sorted, lovely friendly staff
