Ever fresh vegetables and clean fresh frozen meat. The staff well - mannered and hard working. I really like this super market because I get the full package of all the African food I need. Environment hygiene is 100%.Well done to management and dedicated staff.

Very very bad customer service. Gave me less than what I paid for and on returning they refused to refund me even in the presence of receipts

Poor customer service, no greeting, no assistance, no hello on the tills not even a thank you or bye after buying my items and many products are heavily inflated price wise just because it's in Leicester. I think this is the last they will see of me, mainly pertaining to the customer service level it was despicable.
