I was very disappointed with Yard guy. He has been very rude.
He need to learn some respect how to talk to the people.
It's does mean that if I am in your yard and you talk any how.

I'm not a professional, and usually only buy a bit of wood or the odd small plumbing part, even so the staff are friendly and helpfull, the prices are very reasonable. Great place for much of your building or diy needs.

Had a delivery. Was told by the yardmaster to see people in the shop. People in tge shop too bust because of short staff couldn't even deal with me. Told to go and see someone in the yard. Back out in the yard again and told they will try and see to me. Sure, I am not a customer, I am just a driver trying to make a delivery. Travis Perkins, Jewsons, Wicked, they are all the same. All sites.
