Shocking customer service. Took two orders back for an exchange as items no longer needed. I was informed that I can't do this as the items are on separate orders, very rude and "stand off ish" I will stick to good old SCREWFIX in future, can't fault their customer service!!!!

Really poor customer service and wasted my time. No clue and gave conflicting information about how to return an item both to me and supplier and then refused to help. Ended up dealing with customer services and Ravensbridge store instead who did know what they were doing and were able to assist.

The staff here are always so helpful and attentive , The lads are always so on the ball esp Griff who even loads my car up with postmix or heavy items like paint without me ever asking so a big thank you for always welcoming us all with a smile and and he is usually singing a song!!
