This location does not provide the best shopping experience. Shopping here, as well as at other TK Max stores, can be quite challenging. The store layout is confusing, making it difficult to locate items. It would be beneficial for them to consider adopting the practices of other successful high street stores. I would not recommend shopping here; it's not a worthwhile experience.

The two older ladies, one with blonde hair one with dark, working behind the till around 3pm today were really rude and inappropriate. Didn't even say hello as were too busy talking to each other about 'oh if he didn't message you it's his loss' and didn't even attempt to speak to customers. People having conversations is fine but to not even acknowledge your customers is awful, need to learn some manners.

Lovely shop and had stock of the exact items I had just seen online. Great experience, we probably buy more in this shop than any other retail department

WATCH OUT! TK MAXX are now doing deals on handshakes!Educate your staff!!A Store Manager tried to tell my Disabled father he cannot return an item purchased 3 days ago.? He has a STATUTORY RIGHT to return any purchase within 28 days without reason for return!Fortunately once reminded of this, they had no choice but to accept the return.Good choice of products,Decent prices. Just the odd occasion like this that leaves a sour taste in your mouth. Not sure I'll be back so soon!
