Hi. I got my bathroom renovated and got all my items from tile planet from bath to ceiling and I'm genuinely really impressed by the quality of all the items and the delivery services. Also the staff was really helpfull specifically Siraj. Not just the delivery but also the after service was great. I will definitely be coming agin for my kitchen renovation. I cannot thank the team a tile planet enough for all their support over the last few months with our renovation project wetroom and kitchen. I was besotted by the tiles the first time I came. Since I have come back and forth from Coventry as this is the only place where I feel like the tiles matched my vision, quality and pricing. Big shout out to shohel too for all his design support. Amazing service from start to finish from Shohel one of the members of staff, after spending weeks looking for bathroom tiles we tried tile planet as we was in the area and wow we was glad we did they had the best choice of tiles we had seen in any shop previously visited, so much choice of top quality tiles , we was unsure on style and colour but found one we liked and Shohel helped us match floor and wall tiles for the perfect look we was after, payment and delivery arrangements was quick and hassle free and looking forward to seeing them in our bathroom for us to enjoy thankyou so much tile planet and thankyou Shohel for amazing service ps the tea whilst we was waiting is amazing ?

Hi ordered my bathroom products & tiles from tile planet.customer service was superb and tiles arrived on time. all the staff was honest & reasonable with the prices. Knowledge of the products is excellent, the showroom and selection of tiles is what drew me to place an order. The quality is excellent and they look fantastic!The store is very large and has a good selection of products on display including some that are hard to find at other branches.All in all I have had a very positive experience at the tile-planet & team.

Dealt with Shiraj for my bathroom design and the service was great. He helped with all the different hiccups around getting our bathrooms sorted. Building work is quite stressful so they helped whenever they could deliver the little things, saving us an extra trip. All staff are friendly. Shoutout to Ilyas who also helped with returning any extra materials we no longer needed. Definitely recommend these guys.
