“They have many option here and everything are worthed and reasonable with the price that they tag. I also found out if you want to give or donate your clothes they accept. I saw they do online too but I haven't try. I like to visit similar store like this one because sometimes they have unique things to sell.”

“The Cats Protection Shop in Oadby is great, all the clothes are coloured coded on the racks, it is a well set out shop with friendly and helpful manager and not forgetting the volunteers. Well worth a visit.”

“The best charity shop in Oadby. I always end up buying something whenever I come. When you walk into any shop you want to feel relaxed, you want to go to a shop that is organised and you want to have great customer service...the Air Ambulance shop in Oadby ticks all these boxes and this is because of the staff and manager. So easy to donate items too. The staff are all so helpful, friendly and welcoming. The manager always has a smile on her face and takes the time to greet everyone and check up on customers. Shes brilliant! Everyone there are all so hardworking and take care in the items they put out. Thank you to all the staff there who make me feel so welcome. Your hardwork is truly appreciated.”

“This is one of my favourite charity shops! I always find such amazing finds here! The staff are lovely and they have such a wide collection of different amazing vintage pieces! I adore the book and jewellery selection they have here. I would absolutely recommend coming here for a visit. I love how everything is aesthetically pleasing, colour coordinated and the amazing window displays they have! I recently came and found such great quality of my favourite books, some amazing pair of earrings and a lovely scarf! I will definitely come back here to find some more goodies!”

“Searching for a sari for a friend’s wedding and came here knowing nothing but the staff and customers could not have been kinder, more helpful or more pleasant. A thoroughly enjoyable trip that was very successful and a wonderful insight to some aspects of Indian culture. “this shop has been closed for a very long time went there today Jan 27 2022 and unlikely to return....ill be constructive in my criticism and you either take on board or dont....the "quality" of items for sale was very disappointing giving the impression that the shop had been given the **** that other shops have failed to sell....iv used this outlet for over 5yrs+ and have always found a quality bargain ...today was very disappointing,you would think the area manager would source decent stock to help the shop re-establish itself...obvs not....with stock like today this shop cannot and will not survive....now for the personnel....i was in shop for 20mins+ and at no time was my presence acknowledge with as much as a Good morning...the 3 members of staff/volunteers simply carried on with their charades/partylike shenanigans as if i was invisible,messing around totally unprofessional!More concerned with fact that a shoe had disappeared from sale.....1st time my presence was acknowledged was when i stood at till waiting to pay......if Area Manager is Sam who i have spoken to in person at Sturdee Road previously then Sam you need to swiftly retrain Ryan(?) and his volunteers in customer interaction ...thank you for taking time to read my constructive comments....hopefully they will be taken on board regards Sam.....”

“I brought a dining table and chairs from here but before they could be delivered we realised we no longer needed them. I thought it may be a problem and I have to take store credit but the lady said it was fine and gave me my money and delivery money back. I was very happy with this service. I have now brought large rug from here and also a childrens bed frame. I think they also sell new items.”
