From the time I enter this establishment I was greeted by a very friendly and extremely helpful worker, Louisa. She made setting a phone plan and getting broadband such a breeze! I was more than comfortable and Louisa explained everything thoroughly, I couldn?t have been more pleased. Thank you Louisa and Three!

Excellent. I have recently started a contract with three and wanted to bring my number to three. Hayley was fantastic. Knowledgeable, professional, efficient and pleasant. Explained everything and was careful entering the data. Thanks Hayley.

Ms Luiza, pratiksha, Karen the ladies have been supremely helpful to solve my problems regarding the change of contract n the use of app. Besides, ms Luiza has been very professionally offering me advice and solutions to stay with Three continuously using Three!! Absolutely horrible, I went there to upgrade my phone. At the end my phone death and need to be charge. They offer me to charge my phone, after a while they give me my phone back but guess what, my phone was on and password was Hacked and God knows what they have doneto it

I recently ordered the new iPhone 16 and had it delivered to the store based on advice from Humza (a staff member). When I went to collect it today, I was unexpectedly asked to provide my passport. This was never communicated to me at the time of placing the order, nor was I informed by Humza that any form of ID would be required for collection.
As a customer, I don't typically carry my passport around the city, and I found this situation frustrating. When I raised the issue with the manager, Muhamad, he simply said it wasn?t his fault, as he wasn?t present during the booking. Despite Humza being right there during our conversation, the manager made no effort to clarify the situation. Instead, he repeatedly insisted it wasn?t his responsibility and maintained that I wouldn?t receive the phone without ID.
While I understand the policy, better communication from staff would have avoided this inconvenience. I?ve been a loyal customer of Three for over two years, and this was by far the worst experience I?ve had with the store?s staff. The dismissive attitude from the manager, especially when the oversight was clearly on their end, was disappointing.
I hope this feedback helps improve communication and customer service in the future.

I had a fantastic experience in three store. I went there many times but today?s experience is the bestest experience. I met with Amirah . She patiently answered all my questions in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. Her assistance made my day. She is really nice person. I can give 10 stars out of 5?. I will come again to buy something but wanna deal with three through Miss Amirah.!!!

I went to this shop to get a new mobile I am disabled and elderly the lady that helped me her name was Pratiksha and she was wonderful friendly and very professional it is people like her that gives the shop a good name.She set up my new phone ready for me to use.I used to train people dealing with the public and I give her 100 percent plus 3 stars.What a wonderful experience and I recommend this shop very highly.I had to give this review it is the right thing to do.
