Raluca has resolved very quickly my problem, my sim wasn't working and she was patient and tried everything to make it work and it did. After 2 hours of customers service, I cam in store and was done right away. Thank you

Customer service is very poor. Staff is not helping to solve the issue but just carry forward the issue to online customer service instead of help customer.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding unauthorised charges made to my account following the completion of my contract with Three.
In [month/year], I entered into a 24-month bundle contract that included both a mobile phone and a monthly plan. I fulfilled all payments on time and, upon completion of the 24-month term, I reasonably assumed that the contract would be automatically closed, particularly since the device had been fully paid off.
To my surprise, I recently discovered that automatic direct debits have continued for the past 11 months, even though the agreed contract period had ended. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the plan was not cancelled because I had not formally requested it.
At no point was I clearly informed that I needed to manually cancel the plan after completing the payment term. Nor did I receive any notification or reminder from Three regarding the continuation of charges after the contract?s natural end. This lack of communication, coupled with the continued withdrawals from my account, is deeply concerning and suggests a lack of transparency and fairness.

Three Store Visit - Disappointing Customer Service
I visited the Three store on Saturday evening to inquire about my contract renewal date. While the initial welcome from Laura was pleasant, the interaction quickly became uncomfortable.
Upon learning my contract renewal wasn't until February, I expressed my intention to take my time deciding on a new phone. Laura seemed surprised and questioned why I wouldn't upgrade immediately. I politely explained that I needed time to save and was looking for a phone with a Micro SD slot, a feature that seemed to surprise both Laura and her colleague.
Their reaction made me feel unwelcome and judged for my preferences and financial situation. I left the store feeling disheartened and disappointed by the lack of understanding and customer service.
I hope this feedback will encourage staff to be more mindful of their responses and avoid making customers feel uncomfortable about their personal choices.

I popped into the store today to look at renewing my phone contract and getting a new device/plan. Lewis was very welcoming and helped to answer any questions I had, once I had chosen my new phone and signed all relevant documents he even took the time to set up my new device and transferred all my apps/data from my old phone to the new one! Had the best experience thanks to JJ and Lewis who are the most helpful, polite and genuine people. They listened to all my issues and needs regarding my phone and after 20mins I was up and running with my new contract guys you're doing a fantastic job and a credit to 3 brand!!!!
