Great bargin. Poor staff with no offer of help at all moving of patio set table & chairs from upstairs of the store expected and had to do it by myself. Very bad service

I went into store to return a faulty light-up mirror. I also planned to buy some other items while I was there. The manager, TY, was completely unhelpful and told me I wasn?t entitled to anything because it had been over 14 days since purchase. This is not true ? under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods within 6 months.
Because of the way I was treated, I left the shop without resolving the issue and didn?t even feel like buying anything else. Very disappointing customer service.

Not bad range of various items. Most are competitively priced.
Very dodgy and narrow car park entrance. Also, don't bother with click and collect. It's soooo slow.

Long click and collect waiting times with no queue. Staff were not accommodating. Stock of items felt lacking compared to other ranges we?ve been to.
