Reslly convenient for me as its so closeby and perfect for little bits of shopping rather than huge spending. It is very pricey at coop nowadays though

Food is well cheap there, been there thousands of times and the only problem I had was an expired curry, offers to refund or swap out bad items with good ones

I was racially accused of stealing my drinks after I bought my drinks from another shop. This is not what I expected during my morning today. Just disgusting behaviour from the woman at the till this morning

So poor and bad customer service, everytime I go in this shop they gave that bad look at me which I want to go back out of the shop ,not welcome at all ,I don't know why is so hard to give a smile and say hello to the customer and if you ask for help they look more pissed off ,I hope this review is not gonna be deleted cos I wrote one all ready and is gone.

I only go to this co-op if I am in the area. Usually, whenever I go to my dentist I yend to pop in. It's the usual co-op apart from the fact they are definitely short staffed. There's always a moderate queue there which can be annoying and the staff never smile or are never willing to look friendly or helpful. Staff aways make a difference when you go shopping. It can easily be a good experience if staff could have a smile on their face. Otherwise, good car parking and I've never had a problem with the store myself.

23/6/23. About 4:30. Girl on the till today ? attitude.. rolling hers eyes at me as clearly couldn?t be bothered to help me or didn?t want to. My item what I paid for was advertised less than what I paid. So asked for a refund but she wasn?t having any of it. Called the manager over (I think Tim was his name ) very nice man and gave me the refund. Thank you manager very good customer service ?.A bit of advice to the girl on the till ?. It?s nice to be nice .. simple.

Very unwelcoming and awkward staff here. Went into co op and the security man followed me round the whole shop without making an effort to hide it then when I walked outside he followed me and stood over my shoulder looking at what I bought. Next day I go back again with my girlfriend as we walk through the door we hear some woman shout ?no only one person? as loud as she could and apparently only one of us was allowed in the shop for some reason making my gf walk out awkwardly, when I went in the shop there was about 7 people meaning it wasn?t because of too many people in there and why need to say it like that? It made me jump with how loud she shouted no!
