Incredibly loud on a Saturday night, which I wouldn't mention, however noise levels on one hearing app hit 90 dB for a portion of our time there(the same level as a concert). Therefore, if you have a hearing impairment, I would recommend trying a week day if you're desperate to dip into a Desford pub. Food was nice.
