I have just been to do my weekly shop the 3rd time I have used the self scanner and everything needs to be rescanned ridiculous system and then the staff says as we are having a refurb just not good enough very bad customer service

It is appalling to see the number of customers that park in the handicap lots who are obviously not handicapped nor to they have a handicap sign on display.

Staff are extremely rude and don?t want to help at all. Came here and was ?eye rolled? multiple times, had my receipt thrown at me and my shopping shoved at me once it?d been scanned. Don?t like using the self checkouts because you can never pay with cash and the machines are rubbish, however going to a member of staff proves to be worse! Not sure what happened to good service and helpful staff but it sure isn?t displayed in this store.

Disgusting response on self service checkouts from a staff member who obviously didn't want to assist an elderly gentleman who was struggling.with his transaction. Consistent poor service from self service staff who should perhaps not judge people by their appearances quite so much as they appear happy to readily do! Otherwise most staff helpful and store welll-stocked.

It is a pretty good supermarket with all the shopping under one roof but then there are usually messy places and it sells dog toys but then where the hell are the cat toys!?

Over staffed with freshies who can?t speak English just standing in groups talking in the native language. Local lingo Managers employing relatives and friends, nepotism at its best. The only hard workers in this store are the ones who are not like them. I see this every week. Tesco head office needs to check in on this store.
