Poor service my son was accused of stealing a bottle of water. I offered to bring my son back in and explained that the water wasn?t from there. The individual serving made a big show in front of a lot of by standers. Even after her manager had radio her to tell her that she checked footage and he didn?t take anything. Later found out the individual is pregnant but shouting look at her, then shouted bye bye and told me to watch after reading my personal details on my id. The manager dealt with it quite well spoke to the individual in question said that I have said my son would like an apology as it?s has affected him but the manager said they had to agree to disagree on the apology as the individual didn?t think my son was owed one. I had been verbally abused by the individual who I might add didn?t have a name badge on to identify herself. Knowing she had a problem after accusing my son of being a thief had a poor and disgusting attitude. The individual has agreed that her behaviour was out of line and I have been offered a good will apology from the manager of the store. I might add I was told the manager and supervisor were both on the shop floor as this incident unfolded and never once intervened.

Went in here for some cigarettes one day and I was humiliated and trolled by the workers here. The lady at the desk teased me and said ?how did DVLA approve this driving licence?, she refused to serve me with my REAL ID as my hair was apparently ?in my face? and it ?did not look like me?. I?ve had this ID for over 2 years and had no problems. If I could rate this customer experience a 0 i would.

If this is the garage keep your club card handy as all Tescos annoy me when you have no data to use app, can't rely on others to say "use my club card" to get 3 Yorkies for £1-20! Should have spare card near checkout and donate points to charity! I call it "club card mafia"! ( o card no points!!)

Well stocked smaller store. Good product choices is. Food, drinks, household cleaning products, toiletries, bathroom products, comics and magazines, sweets, chocolates, fruit and veg. All good quality. Friendly, polite and helpful staff. Decent sized carpark and cash point outside.
