Always friendly and helpful staff. Everyone seems to be enjoying their job and nothing is ever too much trouble for them . I?m a regular shopper and the staff remember me and are always pleased to see me. Definitely the best local shop around ?

Only used for a quick visit to grab a few items.
Used the self service check out so didn't really interact with the staff other than a greeting as passing which was nice.
Fairly large store, seems well stocked, ok range of products.
I would go to supermarket as the prices I think are cheaper and have more range than their Express stores.
Premises clean and tidy.
Good location, quite handy.
Some on site parking which is really useful. It can be tricky trying to leave the car park, especially if you are doing a right turn due to the traffic lights and queuing traffic outside the entrance/exit.

Staff are really ignored. Staff when spoken too are friendly and helpful. A thankless task they need to be given more respect and appreciation for what they do for without the organisation, diligence and hard work people would not be able to get the bare basics. Thank you, all.

Look don't get me wrong it's a shop yeah. But when the staff don't talk to you when you ask them a question its annoying, went there to buy some mints, were 1.50 on the shelf price when I went to the till, person who served me said it was 2.50 an absolute joke,
