Absolutely awful customer service worst I've ever seen rude staff all drinking at the end of the isles and not bothering to help. All the fruit they sell are rotten.

I?m absolutely embarrassed with the behaviour of staff, I was scanning my shopping with my mother and my 2 young children. A staff was looking us with very angry face. As soon as we noticed her we just ignored her and started scanning my shopping.
After I want to scan a pineapple she came and said I will do it, I said to my daughter in Greek come next to me bc the staff was going to touch her! The member of staff looked at me very angry and said what? I answered I?m not talking to you! She replied you are rude!
I called the store manager and explained the incident and asked him from the staff to apologise for her disrespectful behaviour towards me infront of my children and he turned to me saying that this is not gonna happen! We will investigate.
Is a shame to treat people- clients specially when they having children like this!

Awful I bought 5 custard doughnuts or so I thought, my brother wanted a custard doughnut so he opened the packet and took a bite it was jam then I try one to see if it was jam or custard AND it was JAM like what the hell I thought ?yay custard doughnuts? but no JAM as I go to the shops all the Time absolutely awful

Been shopping at this store for many years, it?s been slowly going down hill with workers pushing large trolleys filling shelves very often (arrogantly)getting in the way of shoppers with absolutely no regard or apology, not good!! Also (occasionally) some staff not helpful and rude when asked simple questions. My suggestion would be for a review on staff training, it would help a lot to improve shopping experience.

Managers allowing staff to steal all the reductions stuff stopping customers from getting it out managers even involved in stealing the reduction stuff ment for the customers this store is being run by crooked management and Tesco?s do nothing about it I?m charging to Aldi from now on they can keep the reduction stuff with the rest of it
