Parcel thieves and racists, useless and rude staff most likely employed by relatives because there is 0% customer service skills and basic logistical support awareness, please beware if you want to use this shop for anything besides grabbing a late night snack using self checkout.

Store manager made a big issue about club card. He takes back my half drink juice bottle. When I asked him to give me back my juice bottle with the correct amount of money,he said I put that in bin. This is my tesco store ,I can put that in the bin.

I'm shocked by the attitude of a member of staff named IRFAN ! After I finished shopping I asked to get my parcel. I was told to wait for this person for two minutes. I had to wait for him for 20 minutes (I asked him twice when he would serve me) and finally, he refused to give me my parcel! He was very rude and arrogant and told me to go complain to whoever I wanted and wherever I wanted and that , no one would pay attention to me. I am shocked by the attitude of this person, who is also a line manager. This attitude towards a customer is unacceptable!

As I explored the aisles, I noticed several dedicated staff members actively working to keep the store organized. They were busy moving products and restocking shelves, ensuring that everything was in its right place for a pleasant shopping experience.
I successfully found everything I needed and opted for the self-checkout, which made the process quick and effortless. The checkout system was user-friendly, adding to the overall convenience of my visit.
Additionally, there are free parking spaces conveniently located right outside the store, making it easy to access without any hassle.

Very rude customer service! Waiting forever to find a parcel. Shouting and forgot how to use thank you and please. Constantly speaking in their language of front of you which is very rude. Would never back there again!

Usually the shop is fine, but lately their staff clearly need a firecracker up their backside to get them moving. Security is a waste of space and money as they are useless, no end of druggies, smackheads and low-life's robbing the place, and nothing being done about it!
