On a weekday lunch this place goes manic - No room to queue, multiple queues and tills hidden behind support beams. Staff just stand and watch the chaos. Needs a better layout.

Poor staff so I went into the store with a voucher I had sent me through the post from my son's school I had a confirmation email to prove it was legit 3 members of staff approached me it says in my confirmation e-mail that you have to type the code in they fobbed me off by saying the new tills don't accept the codes and wouldn't let me use it and I had to leave the store they didn't even look at the email when I tried reading it out they wasn't interested and was quite rude
