Do not answer the phone. Tesco require a dedicated separate line for pharmacy. I wanted to move my repeat prescription to Tesco, I don't think so, I skip this.

Wish i could rate them zero, absolutely poor service, no one ever answers the phone. I called for days on end about 10
times each time no one picks up. Ridiculous as customers/ patients depend on timely medication, but this place couldnt care less. Rude staff too.

I had a 111 call consultation at night and they sent an antibiotics prescription to this pharmacy. In the morning I gave them a call to check it was ready as I was unwell and I tried 20 times to call and no answer!!! I should have selected another local pharmacy nearby.

Worse customer service from PAULINE at Tesco Hamilton pharmacy. So rude and arrogant. I wish I could give a ZERO rating but doesn?t allow me to. She needs removing from that dept.

Went into the pharmacy to purchase drops for conjunctivitis on 2 occasions. I was served by the same assistant who didn?t know what it was. Honestly, I think they just get staff from the shop floor if they are short staffed at the pharmacy!

Was reluctant to post this review but I'm so fed up with this pharmacy. I'll add that we use this pharmacy for convenience as our GP surgery is just across the car park and Tesco is also our local supermarket, plus we live 2 minutes away so it's really ideal for us.
Firstly, they never answer the phones. 2 days I repeatedly attempted to call this pharmacy with no answer. 2 DAYS! Doesn't matter whether I phoned in the morning or evening! They finally answered this morning.
My son has a severe milk allergy, he uses a specialist formula that has to be ordered in on prescription as it is never stocked anywhere. My prescription is always sent over late from the GP anyway (that's another issue) but the pharmacy have only informed me today that they are having difficulty sourcing the formula (not their fault for not being able to source the formula, but only letting me know today after telling me this morning it will be in todays delivery is not acceptable). This isn't the first time either. I've spent many times calling around pharmacies to find this specialist formula with no luck.
You need to sort this out Tesco Pharmacy. Never answering the phones. Long queues, slow waiting times, low or non existant stock, rubbish communication, nowhere near enough staff either for the amount of people who use this pharmacy. I wasn't particularly impressed with the staff members lack of empathy either.

Absolutely brilliant. There aren?t enough words to express my gratitude towards the staff at Tesco Hamilton pharmacy. They are so polite, so kind and so helpful. I trust them 100% They really look after you and deserve a pay rise for doing the drs work.

Very rude lady staff and pharmacist as well, don?t know how to speak to customers. Tesco should train their staff well. I would give them zero rating.

Amazing, open til late, in convenient location and the staff are extremely helpful and even assisted me with an issue I had. Definitely glad I switched to this pharmacy! Highly recommended!

Used to be very good. However there is a new woman who works there now and she's very abrupt and generally rude. How she has a job which involves customer services is baffling
