Today morning i went to this shop for change my wife's jacket and one employee of this store talked to me very very rudely. They don't have stock of that jacket which i want to change, i just said to her you have shop so you need to maintain the stock and she said to me very rudely you can't talk to me like this take off your jacket and go out from shop i don't want to change or i don't want give your refund of this jacket. That jacket cost of £100 . I will never go to this shop again and i will stop other people, my relatives and friends to going to this shop for shopping very very bad employee

Nice experience with the short lady with glasses yesterday. Bought two more new tops as the quality is amazing. Tops so cosy and soft. Will be back. Worth every penny. Can't rate them high enough.

Terrible Experience at Superdry Leicester Highcross - A Warning to AllI visited the Superdry store at Leicester Highcross on December 12, 2023, around 5 PM, and my encounter left me compelled to share my dreadful experience.Attempting to return a pair of gloves due to a manufacturing defect, I was met with unparalleled rudeness at the till. The treatment I received was not just discourteous but downright shameful. The staff's attitude triggered my anxiety, forcing me to abandon the store abruptly.To those with anxiety issues, steer clear of this establishment; their insensitivity and disrespect are beyond comprehension. The Superdry Leicester Highcross store demonstrated a shocking lack of empathy, making it an unsuitable environment for anyone facing mental health challenges.It took me this long to write this review due to the lingering impact on my anxiety. I implore you to think twice before considering this store for your purchases. The disregard for customers' well-being and the overall callous demeanor make it an establishment that should be avoided at all costs.

My delivery was delayed and i decided to find out the reasons, by using online chat service. Advisor who's name is Coco took over my request. It took longer that usually for her to look into my case and i was told my delivery was lost in transit. I requested next day redelivery on this occasion but was advised it is not possible.Then i requested refund,which was processed incorrectly. Instead of full refund only half of it was processed, so i needed to reach out again.One mistake after another due to lack of knowledge and skills from customer service team including duty manager.I can't even describe how much disappointed and frustrated i am. Horrible customer service!

We used to love this store, but over time they have crammed in so much stuff you can hardly move. We visited today with my wife in her wheelchair a small one at that. Went to try stuff on and had to wait for the nice assistant to empty rails out of the disabled changing room as the manager had stored stuff in it.
Just not a great experience today.
