Less than satisfactory experience , a staff member lied directly to my face when I asked if they had an unopened item in stock as the last one on display had blatantly been opened and used. All the other colours and products in the same range were sealed but out of what I suspect was sheer laziness she chose to be dishonest with us off. Even just telling us you were out of stock would have been less insulting.

Went to do my eyebrows and the lady she burnt me the upper eye with the wax
It hurts and I am really deeply disappointed and angry it is totally unprofessional
Besides that she made me pay before even doing it ???

i came in here to buy a product for my eyebrows. instead of feeling like a customer i felt like a criminal when i was just trying to shop peacefully. i clearly had the product in my hand aswell as my money and i still got followed round and being accused of being suspicious. i understand teenagers my age to have the intentions of stealing but as i had it in my hand you could clearly tell i wasn?t. when i chose to say something when i payed the women told me ?you were acting suspicious but you?ve payed now so it?s fine?. absolutely appalling, never shopping here again. the staff are incredibly rude and intimidating, abysmal.
