I?d like to thank Seanna for her brilliant customer service. I came into Superdrug looking for a lipstick for my mum and honestly had no idea where to start. Seanna was so patient and kind, asking a few questions about what my mum might like and then showing me different shades and explaining the differences. She made the whole process really easy and even gave me confidence that I?d chosen the right one. Her friendliness and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful task into a really positive experience.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Priya for the absolutely amazing job she did on my hair! I came into the salon not entirely sure how things would turn out, but she completely exceeded my expectations. From the start, she was kind, attentive, and really listened to what I wanted ? and the final result? Stunning.
Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she also has such a calm and friendly energy that made the whole experience a pleasure. I walked out feeling confident, happy, and honestly still can't stop looking at my hair!

I visited this morning for a routine blood test, despite having a major phobia of having my blood taken. The nurse (I believe her name was Louise) was absolutely amazing?calm, reassuring, and incredibly supportive throughout. She did everything she could to put me at ease. 10/10 experience. Great and talented hairdressers. Had my hair cut and styled by Klaudia (sorry if spelt wrong) who was very polite and welcoming. Definitely more hairdresser's visits here. All staff were very helpful. Even named my new teddy after Klaudia. Would definitely recommend.
