Absolutely terrible service was ignored when came to collect order no communication whatsoever stood there for at least 10 minutes while serving other people finally I spoke up and they just pointed to a table ,let alone the food being cold, also once asking to be remake the food attitude was given and throwing the food away in anger also slamming equipment. Overall terrible service!!!!

Very bad service and rude staff. Haven?t clue as to what they are doing. Accept Uber orders even though they don?t have the food and then call us to cancel. Umm?? can?t cancel as you?ve accepted the my order and the driver is on his way.
Have order for here a few times and it?s not the first time this has happened. Asked to speak manager, to be told there isn?t one on site.
The service in this place had really changed a lot. Seems to be an on going issue with this place.

Closed before they should be no coming to the door to apologies or anything change your times on google stay open or at least approach a customer at the door.
Rated food and atmosphere at 4 star as not relevant to review.

Worst subway going. Ordered online took an hour and a half and when it turned up it was cold. Half the stuff was missing and they gave us wrong stuff aswell. We ordered waffle fries and got about 4 in the box

Went into subway and it was empty but didn?t change his gloves after putting meat on my sandwich and went straight into the salad with those glove which is a health and safety thing not going back

Ordered some sides through app, arrived in store and said they are sold out and couldn't give me a refund.
Wife had a chicken salad and gave her while chicken still frozen. The lad simply said he will take it out and add warm chicken in. They gave chicken dippers as a substitute and made in front of me and was still cold. Place is a mess half the time. Food quality standards shocking!
A month a ago the same lad made a salad with minimum veg and swimming in sauce which made it all soggy.
dont bother using the app and make them make it infront of you. When the manager is not there the place is in shambles.
This used to be my regular but the standards have completely dropped. Will be using the subway at the service station from now on

Really poor service. Picked up a wedge of pepperoni, then a wedge of ham, then with the same gloves picked up a wedge of cheese before putting it all back in the pot. Asked if I wanted cheese after she put the cheese on the sandwich, then took it off and put it back in the pot after I said no. Fortunately, the vegetarian sandwich we ordered was made first although I suspect there would have been traces of meat in it.
Then spent the next few minutes making up some online orders while our food was getting cold. Maybe focus on the customer in front of you rather than the one that hasn't actually arrived yet!

Waited in line for 20 minutes to be told they wouldn't get chicken tika out as they close in a hour kids messing with the drink machine spraying pop everywhere putting there hands where the drinks come out staff not wearing gloves and the saled box for the man infront of me wasnt even a quarter filled and when he asked to pay for extra was told no!this is my local and from now on will be going service station

The staff did not change their gloves touched meat and then fish! Other staff wiping their gloves down their filthy t shirts.Staff are rude unhygienic do not make you feel welcome

Money grabbing !£16 for 2 basic sandwiches is ridiculous when it cost £11 from other subways I have used !All because they don't serve a basic Bacon subway anymore. Won't be using this subway again and have told all family friends to use alternative subways.Absolutely ridiculous that for a single meat and salad sandwich They charges £8 !!!!Don't use go else where.

I have been to this subway a few times, its usually OK. There was a lady in a black t shirt I believe she was the manager, she was pretty rude and trying to rush lots of orders through at once.Probably making it worse for everyone. (staff and customers). It looked like it was making the staff feel a bit awkward and it certainly made me feel slightly awkward the way she was trying to rush everything.I understand it was a busy time, there were a few deliveroo drivers waiting also. But she should he setting an example for the other staff.All in all she was definitely the worst behind the counter, all other staff were very polite and smiley as usual.Food was average but again she sorted out my salad and it was thrown in very willy nilly
