I normally visit this subway but on this occasion I was very disappointed. I bought 2 footling but the staff didn't recommended the offer on the 6 inch. Also I asked for big bombay but the staff started off asking what I want in it. Needs staff training.

2 stars only because the lads in there do a proper job. There's a specific woman who works in there which is very rude and clearly cutting corners. I've been ordering the V.I.Brie for the last 2 weeks regularly, I remember one of the lads 2 weeks ago explaining to another how to make the V.I.Brie and there should be 12 pieces of turkey in it. I watched this lady only put 7 and when challenged about it her attitude was I know how to do my job rather than accepting she made a mistake, I could tell the other workers didn't agree and one of them took over. Nonetheless I continued with my order paid and knew I'd come home and wrote you a review. ?

They rush the making of a subway just dashing the veg on there and not even putting the meatballs in properly absolutely disgusting who ever worked on the 21st September 2024 19:00 shift needs to be fired or trained to the standard

Very cold food. Chicken teriyaki practically frozen. Small portions of meat, 90% salad. Previous order took my money from UberEats and did not deliver the food, despite the worker answering the phone claiming was out for delivery. Made order 30 mins before closing. This time round , food came but so cold and awful portions. It likely depends on which worker is there at the time, last two times have been awful.

Tried to go in today at 9.45pm. Closing time clearly states 10pm and they turned around 5 of us away saying they were closed already!? 15 minutes before the closing time?
