Really Bad experience with customer service. I came early morning to take parcel, one of your employer was too rude during my order. Denied telling his name as well (fake name: vicky).
I will never come back and suggest others as well.

I have been here a couple of times as its my nearest subway, and I would now make sure I only go to town. I have both time had problems with a simple sub order , but today it was the worst. The man served me and i asked for a 6 inch honey oat philly cheese sub, and he said steak? and i said yes and he said steak?? so i said yes and then he mumbled something and then proceeded to burn my bread because he was wrapping the sub before mine, absolutely drowned my sub in sauce even though i asked for a little, then when i bit into it, not only was the bread very hard and tough from overcooking, but the steak was mixed in with loads of peppers, which i absolutely despise! if i would have been made aware, i wouldn't have ordered that, and i used to get it years ago elsewhere and that wasn't the case. The same person was having problems understanding people, saying they didn't do waffle fries when it said so on the menu to someone else and in reality he just didn't want to do them but ended up doing them, and added sweetcorn which my boyfriend hated to his sub. I threw my sub in the bin after a couple of bites, it was discusting, and after it not being the first time things like this have happened i would not like to return and believe people who can actually communicate and have knowledge of what they sell should be hired not just the family members of the manager or whoever.

The guys in here cannot run anything. Absolutely useless. Get in at 10:46 the guys are phaffing around and at 10:58 when you try and order the breakfast - oh it?s too late.
Unable to converse, cannot string a sentence together, the chap before me wanted his salad after they had grilled his subway, the staff member said NO.

Craved a Subway, So went at 10pm.
Was disappointed to find the shop closed, opening times are 7am-11pm. Surely thats not right!!

The person I got served was from Srilanka and I had few moment of chat with him, he was amazing the way he responded my curiosity about his work and the country he came from... he made my day and it was a easter Sunday as well so I wished him as well . Thank you for your service and keep up the great customer service with this kind of employees I feel Subway us doing great in recruiting their employees. ?

Worst Subway I've ever had. The bread was stalls and it was cold before I even got it the 100 yds to my place because of the new paper bags. I'll go to town next time I want a sub.

Im really disappointed with this subway. I asked for italian bread, They didn't have any. I asked for chicken teriyaki, They didn't have any. We purchased three foot along subways. The ham salad one had hardly any salad ... About 1 tsp lettuce, 2 tamato rings and a few sweetcorn, So few that you can actually count them, 3 olive pieces and 3 jalepenos. That's not full salad like I asked. Not only that MY HUSBAND GOT FOOD POISENING FROM HERE. JUST GOT BACK FROM A&E .This is not the first time they have done this. I have actually complained earlier on but today they wouldn't even pick the phone up. The staff all act over clever And treat you as if you're stupid. When serving you they rush you so much. There is absolutely no atmosphere in indiactual restaurant.... This is the worst store in the whole of leicester, but unfortunately, it is our local one. I would rather pay extra and drive to a different subway then use this one. I know a lot of people have been talking about this particular they are losing a lot of custom

The coffee is like hot water with a homeopathic dose of coffee. The black coffee is brown. The service was fine but apparently I am the only person to complain about the coffee. Incredible! Nothing to be done according to the staff.
