Not good at all one guy straight rejected to remove the gloves as I told him, u touched beef please remove the gloves.
No ethics to speak to people, one of the lowest rated subway in Leicester. Probably owners need to start caring from now.

I was in the area so decided to use this one instead of my regular and will never do this one again. We ordered 2 different subs, the bread for both was dry and hard. Tge chap was hard to talk with, they're a bit mean with the tunamayo in a foot long and over charged me for2 dry subs! You live and learn where not to shop.

Terrible decision to go here! I normally go to the one on Jubilee Square. But this time I was in the area and usually I have had a good experience. Unfortunately not today. Lady who was making the order (Indian) was hard to understand and kept asking questions (even though I had order one of the sub menu items that comes as is)! I asked for a drink cup & cookie and she did charge the meal deal price the sub itself was good.
However it went bad when I poured my Fanta from the soda machine..I couldn?t believe it - was full of Ants. Told the lady who apologised and let me have a bottle drink. She did clean the nozzles and tested it was working but it put me off really. Tables all dirty too. Floor dirty - no wonder there?s Ants inside.

Horrible service and no hygiene. They are using the same gloves for serving veg and non veg food items. The bread served was hard and smelled old.

Burnt the bread in the toaster insisted I had to have salami if I wanted pepperoni! What a load of rubbish. This place is gone downhill, check out all the other 1 star reviews!!

Their Merry Chef oven hasn't been working for the last two weeks, I guess. They took my food to the back, and I suspect they used a microwave to toast it. The new guy with a bit of brown hair is the worst. When I asked for a bag, he just handed it to me without even trying to put the food in the bag. Additionally, when I ordered a cookie, he just threw it into the bag at me, which is so disrespectful. Sorry, but your service is the worst I have seen in my life.

Awful experienceOrdered veggie patty wrap, she made it without cooking the patty, threw a strop when I told herPotato crisper were soggy, undercooked.Very tight with portions and made the wrap with their preference of salads/condiments and didn't even bother asking.Lady in the bright red lipstick really needs to pay more attention rather than running back to watch videos on her phone

It's a joke. For 6 inch Italian bmt I was charged 4.99, lettuce was in bad condition, no tissue given and overall tasted really bad. Not recommended for others

Braunstone gateway subway. They got someone behind the counter some dark skinned lady who is very rude and I am a valid loyal customer. I had a valid subway voucher to buy a coffee she said she won?t serve me cuz I am not a loyal customer and I have been going to this subway for years and years. They should not work in this environment if they don?t know how to talk to customers so I would like you to do something bout it. It doesn?t matter as long we got a valid vouchers they should be able to serve us.
