Customer service is very bad they don?t know how to talk with customers. Also they don?t have salad why they open these kind of branches if they don?t serve good. If you wana eat subway that means you wana eat salad . What if there is no salad ? Are we just pay for bread???? Not recommended,,, pooor service?

(This complaint has been issued directly to Subway but I thought that I should make other allergy sufferers and people with food intolerance aware of how the staff handle orders placed online)
I have made a formal complaint about my food order which was placed through the third party app ubereats. I have already notified ubereats of this complaint a and they have suggested that I contact the restaurant I ordered from directly. Yesterday I ordered a big breakwich sub with gluten free bread for myself and a all star chicken sub with hearty Italian bread for my partner. When we were eating the sandwiches I took look at the receipt and it appears that they did not give me gluten free bread but Italian white bread. I have celiac disease, which means that I am intolerant to gluten, it gives me severe stomach cramps, body aches and makes me extremely tired. Essentially, it is like having a bad stomach bug. After eating more than half of the sandwiches and finding out that they were not in fact gluten free, I became extremely upset and later experienced all the symptoms I mentioned before. Especially when subway did not contact me to let me know they cannot give me gluten free bread because they may have no stock left. If subway contacted me first and told me that they had no gluten free bread left, I would have ordered something else and not suffered any pain. Furthermore, I paid extra for the gluten free bread, which I did not receive. I would like to be fully reimbursed for my order and I would like for the staff at the Humberstone Gate Subway store serving at the time of my order to be reprimanded for their actions and given training on allergies. I have a photograph of the receipt and half eaten sandwich which I can send to you as proof that I was given the incorrect bread.

My hash browns were stone cold and hard. The woman who served me put them in with my sausage sub which I thought that the time they will never be cooked. I have been projectile vomiting for over a day since I ate there!

Be careful when youbask for a cookie, the guy puts any in the bag. Food always fresh and most staff are friendly.

Tried the on going offer of 5.6pounds for a meal. The staff were quick and prepared the sub as requested. No complaints regards to the sub and the salad it tasted great and everything was fresh as could be. Unfortunately the m&m cookies are below average and I wouldn?t try them again. Though fresh but the taste could be improved. The dine in area was clean and hygiene standard well maintained. I would suggest they provide trays to dine in as the sandwich gets messy at the end.

Such rude staff. A man cut the queue in front of me and despite me speaking up the staff didn?t stop taking/making his order and I had to wait. Then, when I went to pay the staff member ignored me to sort out a delivery. I didn?t get a single apology at all. Was so upset.

Lovely staff here, so much better than the one around the corner. It takes me 5 minutes longer to get here but the subway is way more better here and staff are so polite.More clean as well.
