Revived the worst service today at subway in this location, i have Ben in plenty of subways but this is the first time i revive the worst service/food ever. i went in around 12:50 and was the first person in line and 2 staff where working in 1 order, i waited exactly 7 min before one of the staff took my order, i told her i want clearly spicy cachepot and mayo she adds mango? like WTF? it took her 10 min to make the sandwich and when i went out because i was in a hurry the sandwich was broken in many pics and all the sauce went on my hand and clothes. i did not enjoy my sandwich and regret going in to that location it took around all together 20 min to get my sandwich this is wast off time, i paid £7.19 and they did not even bother to give me any discount, they offered me a replacement but then i had to wait all back in the Que winch was pretty long. this service that i revived from this location, made me Late to attend my lesson which meant i got late attendance winch effect my attendance and punctuality, angry, unsatisfied and i regret choosing subway for a quick sandwich.

The place was dirty and the service was taken to long and the manager was rude and its taken a fall in this place was good before.

Food is good but service is terrible I order click and collect and it took 45 min before they gave me my order as I argue with them. I kept telling them that they took money from my account and I have my order number but this is just horrible the manager started shouting at me this is just unacceptable.

There are couple of subway that servers halal food.
And this one is the top among this one in liecester area.
There Notorios BMT is a show stopper.
Everything is halal.
So enjoy.
Hard to find parking.

Staff is so slow they took almost 20 min to finish one order. We were waiting for 40 min and still couldn't get our order so we left.

Mediocre service, very slow by Subway standards. I came in & waited a couple of minutes before hearing "next please" & ordering, but it turned out I had jumped the queue: 3 of the 4 people in there were waiting to order, & only 1 was waiting for their food (this is unusual for Subway as they have to wait 2 minutes while each order is in the heater, during which time they can take someone else's order). This queue moved slowly, & it was several minutes before I actually got to order. Then they took so long to actually serve me that by the end they'd forgotten that I also wanted a coffee.I usually go to Subway when I am in a hurry.When it came, the coffee didn't actually taste of coffee & I suspect the machine had run out of coffee & made a cup of hot water & milk. The submelt was on stale bread, as a result of which it fell apart in my hand as I tried to eat it.I haven't been going to Subway for very long, so I'm not sure what's going on here: either this is a terrible Subway, or this is a mediocre Subway and I got lucky the first few times. Either way, there are plenty of other branches of Subway in Leicester for me to go to instead.

I never thought I would be giving the Subway this feedback. But, I?m afraid I am going to be very stressed if I just don?t write this honest review on google. And let it all out!It?s extremely frustrating and disappointing when you have staff in this place shouting, banging items such as sauce bottles. I had to ask her please calm down as your behaviour is very frightening and very dangerous. Not just I would never return to this Subway but, I had to make a complaint to the head office as it?s unacceptable to have staff members who cannot speak English whatsoever and gets angry whenever she misunderstands what other customers are saying. It?s very embarrassing as everyone in the Q were watching the whole situation. I hope something changes soon. I hope the manager was here so I could at least clarify what?s really going on?This is not a third world country.

Staff are extremely rude accusing me of trying to steal cookies when I just paid for a sub and messed my order up with another customer then tried blaming me. Worst customer service I?ve ever encountered.

The men who did my order for a salad did a good job ? looked lovely, then the useless woman on the counter chucked it around trying to get it in a bag looked not good at all she stood the box up shaking it! Making it a mess what's the point it making it neatly and then let her bag up on the checkout, she is useless, won't be using again very scruffy and not clean seating area, but she would rather just stand and talk to someone while serving me! Iv I'm paying 7.50 for a salad meal don't expect it to be shaken about before hand.
