I ordered 12 cookies, 1 6 inch sub and one foot long sub yet I only got the footlong and they left my 6 inch ine and when I try contact them no reply and this happened today not happy at all and I will be expecting a refund by paying them a visit tomorrow

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Don't even deserve 1 star.
Placed an order through JustEat. Over 2 hours later, no sign of the order, contacted Subway, and they said there was nothing they could do, as the order was with the driver, and the driver has no phone number. Absolute disgrace. Nearly £30 down the drain.

We visited Subway, at St Nicholas branch very early in the morning yesterday and were served by Khan. He was extremely polite and delightful. A big shout out to Khan and I would like to mention him because his customer service skills is remarkable and refreshing to see.

What is the meaning of 24 hour if you don't serve the food for 24 hour . I am going in the morning and they like right now don't have food . Then you have to close it down bro .

This is the worst branch ever.... On Narborough road leicester. Customer service is dreadful They don't even put the right amount of filling inside. Practically salad Is just for show. The customer service is awful they think they know it all. Dumb right rude. My husband had food poisoning from this place
