Staff are rude and lacking in customer service. Flies flying around the food and on the counters in the food prep area. Staff make no attempts to disinfect the counters and continue to prep food in the contaminated areas.

Do not order from this location especially online. I had my order messed up. Salad was incomplete and had Ingredients that I couldn't eat with no dressing. Had a turkey breast footlong sub and the meat wasn't turkey breast.

Always get the order wrong, i ordered through the app and my sub was missing cheese and not toasted. The staff working at subways have no customer service skills and always unwelcoming

Inspect this goddamn place! Went in there today at 6pm and there?s a guy right at the back sitting on the counter on his phone. I ordered a 3.99 savers meal deal and he says I can?t choose the toppings or sauce for this one so I agreed. I didn?t bother watching him because I trusted him. Turns out after walking a few blocks out and unwrapping the subway it?s as thin as a sandwhich and is just bread, sauce and a strip of bacon. I got ripped off. youre better off getting something to eat elsewhere. I had to bin the subway after one bite. The cookie and bottle of water was nice tho

Ordered from this place a lot but stopped coming since a couple of months. Came yesterday and was appalled at the service and the staff member should be fired! Not only did she have no customer service skills, was mardy the whole time she decided to give me no salad or sauce. I always create my own subs so I choose the bread, meat and then salad and sauces however she would not let me add anything so I had a sub with just meatball, pepperoni and peppers! Very disappointing, AGAIN PLEASE FIRE WHOEVER WORKED THERE ON THE 1ST JANUARY. not only that she then refused to scan my subway card and refused the reward offer that was clearly showing on the app!
HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING AND WILL NOT RETURN. I don't leave negative reviews but after yesterday she definitely needs to be fired.

I ordered chicken salad and there wasn?t chicken at all. U can literally see only 1 or 2 pieces of chicken and rest of the box is filled with lettuce. Too costly in these days and the quantity and quality is ridiculous.

We visited Subway, very late Monday night and were served by. He was extremely polite and delightful. A big shout out to Ruwantha and I would like to mention him because his customer service skills are remarkable and refreshing to see.
