Went here for an impromptu coffee, it was nice and flavoursome. Service was OK but a bit slow. Didn't have food so couldn't comment.
However the place was actually really dirty, so glad I didn't have food!!

Must be the most unproductive place I have ever been to. At least six staff behind the counter, yet only one or two actually making drinks. Had to wait at least twenty minutes after ordering to get my drink. They are quick to take your money, yet leave a lot to be desired when it comes to actually delivering the goods.

We one coffee and one hot chocolate with oat milk and vegan cream at till the chap who made drinks didn't put cream on it and when I asked him about cream rolled his eyes and said no to late now

I rarely visit a Starbucks as there's not much to like, (including the coffee which is awful) but I wanted to sit in the sun with a drink and thought there might be tea offers. However, there was no tea/infusion menu, just a display far behind the counter I could barely see. I asked the staff what Youthberry Tea was and he obviously just guessed (wrongly) that it was a mix of black teas, before swiftly moving on to another customer. I walked out. Bad service, poor communication about products, disinterest in offering healthier options.

We go to Starbucks every weekend with out fail we take bonnie who is a cockapoo for a puppuccino the staff are always friendly and polite and the drinks are always spot on
