I had a very disappointing experience at the Starbucks on Upperton Road, Leicester, on December 6, 2024, at around 4pm. The staff were incredibly rude and impolite from the moment I walked in. I was ignored while waiting to be served, and when I finally approached the counter, the barista seemed annoyed to take my order. The whole atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and the staff made no effort to engage politely or offer any kind of customer service.The staff at Starbucks continued mopping near me which I found very disrespectful and inconsiderate also anothr customer told them so.This was not the standard I expect from Starbucks, and I will definitely be avoiding this location in the future.

I wanted to have a drink so I stepped in to starbucks in upperton road friendly staff and the drinks they make are very unprofessional.Not recommended as staff doesn't know how to make the drinks properly. I ordered for a Frappuccino and it comes to me like a water and milk mixed which was not acceptable for £6 so I sincerely don't recommend.

Have ordered twice from here, both times my drinks have arrived with cows milk instead of soya milk. Requested correct drinks be delivered but was told they are unable to replace or redeliver correct items.
