this morning at 9:00 i had a terrible experience. i have been waiting here for a while but no one took my order. your waitress was still standing there chatting with a girl ignoring me. i felt like i was being discriminated against. the waitress ignored my order and continued her conversation with another customer. i left right after that very disappointed

I was totally shocked by the bad behaviour of the lady staff at this store. I was with my family to collect my order and I just asked for a spoon to eat oats which was in that order..since my 3 year old kid wanna have it from there...so I asked that lady staff for a spoon and she replied to me " we don't give spoon to Too Good to go" orders!!! and her reply was in a very rude way ? I felt very bad and more over I am insulted .. My kid was crying for a spoon to have that food... we left the store and entered the Greegs store near Starbucks and we asked the staff for a spoon and they straight away give two spoons!!! that is customer service n kindness.. we brought some food from Greggs for that reason!!!

Didn't drink my coffee because it didn't taste of coffee. The cinnamon bun was a bit stale tasting. Won't be hurrying back. Don't think they have toilets which you'd need if you DID manage to finish a large latté!
