This shopping centre is not good because of staff and security guard, as my husband went to sports direct today to exchange one item and he put the item on disk and collect that one which he wanted when he went to till he got know that this thing is not exchangeable due to hygiene, he put the item back and took that item which he already put on disk, but this item was same bit by mistake he took another box, when he went out from store the Alam started to beep, therefore he stop there and my husband is new here and can?t understand the excent, I tried to talk with security guard on behalf of my husband and he said me, he came on the bahalf of stealing and didn?t give me chance to explain as I was requesting him again and again to check the camera where my husband put item back and took the same item but another box he said him to go, security guard and the staff is not respectfull they are not able to do this job, I all never visit in this store

I today visited the store and was helped by a lovely lady called Eve on the top floor as I needed some trainers for my little girl.
I continued to look around the store and then I finally paid and was served by a smiley lady called Grace.
Service by both ladies was great and made my shopping experience a good one. Thank you??

If you want some women trainers that aren?t pink, black or white, don?t go here. Actually, if you want women trainers don?t go. There are like 3 models and that?s it.

I was looked after by Thomas today. Excellent service but 4* as there is not a great range of shoes/insoles for people with flat feet! Apart from that, staff I interacted with were pleasant enough and the shop was in good order.

Collection was so nice , But staff is very unprofessional & arrogant specially the guy on ground floor counter he. Is literally treat people like he owns the whole shop and customer's are fool

Really bad service from Manager, assistant and threatening security guard. I went to the store to have a number printed on the back of a football shirt I was bought as a present. This is something I have done previously with no issue. This time I was refused as I didn't have a receipt (it was a birthday present), neither manager or assistant were if any help, I had explained it was not possible for me to get the receipt. Manager and assistant both guaranteed that if I had a bank statement with the purchase, this would be absolutely fine. I returned with this, as requested but was still told I couldn't pay to have the print. Neither Manager or assistant were able to operate their system and find purchase detials with reference on bank statement. Both had no clue what they were doing. So despite following their instructions they pretty much wasted my time. Manager stood with arms folded and agitated as he had no clue what to do or how to operate their system. When I pointed out that I was simply doing what they asked me to do, yet they still couldn't print on the shirt, he got arsey and had a security guard follow me around the store. The security guard stood with arms on hips in a threatening manner sarcastically telling me to leave, because the manager and assistant had no clue what they were doing. Not a good experience, it's a wonder how stores like this remain open with such poor service. I shall take this up through a proper complaints channel but doubt it will make any difference. My advice to anyone would be to either purchase on line, direct from the sports club, or try a different store.

Today I went to this place with my husband to buy shoes and when we saw the shoes, the size was small so when we asked a man for a bigger size, he said wait he was probably working as a security guard. Then there were two girls there and then we said wait he gave us a size and that too was tight.Then three girls were standing on a side and were talking, so I went to them and said that if you are free then can you show me its bigger size, then one of the girls said that please put please and then say it, then she said that if you want to buy something then you will have to first say please, then this seemed very rude to me and after that when we saw the big size, then after that when we went to get the billing done. So after that the girl was again standing at the reception and she told me that if you speak to me with respect then I will give you respect. If the customer respects us then also we will respect him. But I did not say anything to her that would be disrespectful to her and after this I was not buying anything for free from there. I was going to pay her for the thing. I was not going to buy anything for free. I did not go there to get anything for free. She was so rude to me, you keeping the staff there but they are not respect to others, younger girls are working there they have no manners how to talk with the customer, they should learn manners first. Nobody should go there, you should check reviews on the site. Very bad service , never will go in this shop again.
