Online booking portal was quick, convenient and hassle-free - I was seen within the hour! A routine checkup quickly became a trip to the Eye Emergency Dept my casual enquiry about an irritating floater in the right eye led to to a thorough diagnostic check and referral to the hospital for further checks. As it happens it was nothing serious but it is reassuring that it was spotted.

Amazing service and a great team here. I dealt with Mo and he was above and beyond all expectations, 10/10. He carried out my intricate tests, helped explaining what my test results meant, helped fast track my glasses and was informative at every step. The team from the desk, to the glasses fitting and screening tests were extremely helpful too and made it a smooth process. Thanks everyone ?

My mum is a customer of this branch. Unfortunately she is now in late stage dementia and also has very limited vision.
I telephoned the branch to discuss some concerns I have about my mum and to check on the progress of a hospital referral to Opthamology.
I spoke with Hitesh and honestly he was great. There was no agenda as he knew that my mum wouldn?t be making a purchase at this point. Despite this he was empathic and very helpful. He offered advice relating to charities and other support for my mum and took the time to do this without rushing.

Can be rather busy at peak times, the staff however are quite attentive. Great service overall. Ample paid parking to the rear.
