My partner came in today for an eye test, everything went well up until after the eye test and he had to pick out some glasses, where he was given to a man who?s eyes barely opened even with glasses and thought he was a big man. He doesn?t remember the man?s name but it started with a K. He left my partner to pick out some glasses to go berate someone for something and was absolutely useless. Terrible terrible man and doesn?t fit with how nicely the rest of the staff were.

Abdulla was amazing, he fixed my old glasses and he helped me to pick 2 new frames which suits my face and he was very patient. Great service

I have been wearing glasses for 35 years and have changed them many times, but I have never experienced the level of care and attention that Abby, the manager of this branch, provided. She was patient and very thorough, helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. She didn?t stop until she was sure I was completely comfortable with them. I really appreciate the time and effort she put in?it meant a lot to me.
