I have always had great customer experience in this SoHo coffee ?? shop.
I don?t usually come here for coffee but, I did.
And I was served by a lovely ? staff member named Halenice who made this latte.
What an absolute great human being she is. I can read ? body language very quickly & Halenice has made my birthday ? very special with her friendly and kind attitude.
She?s an asset. I will be coming back soon.

Tried SOHO as something different, lovely coffee and staff. Loved the fireplace area and relaxing music. Food was plentiful!

Always served with a smile and welcomed. Generally dash in for a take away coffee and treated very well by all the staff here and it sets me off to a good day

Lovely welcome by the lady who served me behind the till. I had jacket potato with cheese and bacon, I got 2 potato's put on there for some reason maybe usually they are 1 big one but the tiniest amount of cheese meaning the potato tasted so boring and bland as just eating potato. Shame to leave a bad review but based on what I just ate I wouldn't visit again unfortunately as you expect if you are paying for filling on your potato to be able to taste it

Came in at 10am today for breakfast and the staff, food and drinks were all exceptional.I was greeted with a smile and had a lovely conversation with all 3 of the team members.Will be back soon!
