We absolutely love this place. It?s a small Family run business and their food always taste so fresh. They also cater for Satwick ( no onion or garlic ).

I had the best Indian food here, specifically the Madyana Thali. Every dish in the thali was packed with authentic flavors and perfectly balanced spices. I've now become a regular at this restaurant, and the service is consistently impeccable. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always make you feel at home. If you're looking for top-notch Indian cuisine with excellent service, this is the place to go! Highly recommend!??

We had dinner at Udupi Shivalli whilst staying in Leicester for a conference. The staff were very welcoming and offered guidance on the dishes we hadn?t tried before. There were lots of options so we had a selection to share and it was delicious. If we?re in the city again, we?ll definitely return. Thank you for a lovely evening!

We went for family dinner (5 of us), it wasn't very busy but south Indian food items were delicious (real authentic test), service was good and reasonably priced.
I would surely revisit and recommend for south Indian food, we did not try others so can't comment.

Whilst visiting one of our friends in Leicester, he kindly ordered home delivery of Idli, Vada, Sambar, Chutney and Bisibebath(Sambar Saada). We as a group of 6 friends were blown away by the heavenly food which we think was cooked with good quality ingredients and tons of love and passion. Thank you Shivalli team. For an Indian this is confusing..a coastal Karnataka name with Tamil names on menu and Tamil overtones in taste too. But good place, good food. The curry quantity is minimal. Spice levels are low.Poori was outstanding .
A typical thali would have more rice and of course curds. The masala dosa in the middle of the serving was a blooper. Too big, undercooked and bland. Great if you are aching for that Thali..
Vegetarian options: The Brahmins thali has no garlic..

Best pure vegetarian South indian cuisine in Leicester. The ambience and service is second to none abd the food is extremely authenticate and pure to the cuisine. Highly recommend the lunch thali if your wanting a nice business lunch.

Heaven in Leicester for South Indian Cuisine - all Vegetarian and can easily be made Vegan by skipping Ghee and paneer.
