Friendly, co-operative staff. Refurbished. Can have a laugh and joke with the increased staff workers. I feel comfortable going there. I feel happy with their customer service there and they give advice privately in a little room if you need a private consultation. ????

The best Pharmacy in Leicester! Since using Shilchem the stress of getting a repeat prescriptions has been completely removed. They go above and beyond, collecting my difficult prescription up from the surgery and ensuring it's always available.Highly recommed!

Excellent pharmacy, friendly staff and always have my prescriptions ready. The one time they went astray - the GP had sent it to the wrong place- they went out of their way to track it down for me and resolved the problem.

Shilchem pharmacy has been taking care of my needs for a couple of years. Since, the change in management, I have found the service has greatly improved and I am always greeted with my name and a smile. They are always very professional and helpful too. I would strongly recommend these guys.

Shilchem Pharmacy is my chosen chemist for our prescriptions via the EPS. The team are brilliant. I usually phone to check whether the prescriptions are ready for collection and they always are. The staff are always professional, polite and friendly. A great local chemist.

Horrible experience no hello no thank you they had two weeks of notice from my GP of a prescription yet they had no stock of my essential medication after this long fobbed me off by giving my medication prescription to me to go elsewhere to another pharmacy what a bloody joke they are the worst chemist I?ve ever been to I would steer away from these guys they are not worth it made me very angry for not being there for me especially when I?m in so much pain with my condition how dare they play with my condition and to be honest I would never ever recommend this place to anyone they only interested in money not the welfare of their customers shame on them!!This is not a fake review at all our experience was for real and not be ignored on reflection how we were treated and bounced off to another chemist because they couldn?t be arsed to serve us equally like any other patient

Really lovely helpful pharmacist who remembers your name and the medication you are on and listens to what you say. Gives very constructive and helpful advice to help you solve any health issues you have. Nothing is too much trouble.

Best chemist in leic allways a smiley face to welcome you since its had new management i don't have to sort my presciptions out anymore as the team there go beyond and further to sort things out for you,actually look forward to picking my prescription up now as have a good bit of banta with my favourite chemist That has a tendency on falling in the shower lol you no who you are.thanks again to the whole team at shilchem. 15/10 service keep up the good work.

The pharmacist is so nice, remembers my name if he sees me in the street. Always ready to have a reassuring chat and will take on board any information you have he doesn?t know. All the staff are very helpful and will ask how you are doing. Treat them with respect and they will be so good to you.
