This place has toilet facilities, but if yoi find yourself filling up then waiting for someone to use the toilet before you, you will get a £60 parking ticket. Absolute joke.

Used to be my favourie station , from now on, will never go there again !!! I noticed the Euro cars company is now deciding on 15 minutes as the maximum stay !!! Today I got my petrol , paid and while waiting for the air/water services 13 minutes already pass. My personal experience with Euro car is that their parking fine is £100, and the previous appeal I made indicates that any appeal will be unsuccessful! As per my experience . I hope this decision will be reviewed , if not , I will not visit this petrol station again!

I visited this Shell station for my usual coffee run and didn?t see the attendant at the window since he was sitting down. I knocked to get service, and instead of a professional response, he immediately became aggressive?yelling, threatening me, and throwing his hands in the air in rage for no reason.
This is a clear violation of Shell?s customer service standards, which emphasize respect, professionalism, and courteous service. Staff members are expected to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all customers, not engage in verbal abuse and misconduct. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and should be addressed immediately. Will not be returning! All thanks to Alfaz night shift staff member

I never go there more i have very bed experience i was there 28 minutes only ??and i get parking tickets this is very bed every where is 1 hour allowed the park because there is petrol station and shopping also . This petrol station is very expensive never ever go there ???but i don?t know I?m not over there 30 minutes and i get tickets ?????

Don't go there EVER! I pulled in to fill up my car for the first time ever and so pulled over to the side for first into some badly lit bit on the side, near the pumps (not next to the shop) to figure out where my petrol cap was and to go on foot, to check on the pumps and ask, which diesel (from the DIFFERENT types of diesel they had) I needed. Then I drove to the pump and filled up. Went into pay and left. Now a few weeks later, I get a £100 parking charge from Euro Car Parks. I was shocked! I'm a customer who came in and bought £35 of fuel from you and you're going to punish me with a fine. I was there 26 minutes. Not 26 days!!! If you can't pull your car over to the side in a garage to sort yourself out then what's the point of a garage? It's disgusting, giving customers fines. I will never return to this place and what's more Shell just messed up because I'm now not going to use any other Shell Garage either. you could have had thousands of pounds worth of sales from me. Now, you get squat! Congratulations! What's more; Euro Car Parks have just messed up too. They would have had thousands of pounds from me too, given how many car parks they have across the country. Now, they'll not see all that money because no matter where I go, I will NEVER use a Euro Car Parks Car Park again.

Its right where its needed. Cant be judgemental about prices etc but, Customer service is 5 out of 10. The staff need some smile and be happy.
