It?s been many time I serve from other people but normally they good but just now I asking for a coffee to guy whose name is Siva such a stinky attitude he got. First of all they need to hire young and capable staff who knows how to serve. He is all the time fed and tied no greeting no sorry no thanks.

people moaning about parking fines need to get a grip either provide your reg number at the counter or send proof of purchase to euro car parks via online appeal. it's that easy. people saying they are paying these fines make my blood boil. the customer who paid a 30 pound admin fee to a debt collected needs his wallet confiscating

I had experience of buying fuel, using automatic car wash and tyre pumping services in Leicester, after which I got a heavy fine for parking on EuroCarParks land for over 20min with appeal decline.. I don't go to this service station anymore, shame we have daytime robbery all over the city and country..

Long story short: Paid for the car wash in store then washed my car here. Staff never entered my cars plate number and I recieve a £100 parking fine. Went again and Talked to the supervisor after getting the fine and he didnt even look at the car wash reciept for that day that I tried to show him. (Supervisor Name: Suleiman). Have sent complain to shell UK with all relevant evidences. Definitely not letting it go and never using this service station ever again, Although I live 2 minutes walk from here.

Racist Indian Lady at counter. Totally unprofessional and I wonder how she even got the job? No customer service skills at all.
