Appalling staff /service - they make you feel like a real inconvenience and body language says it all. There is no sense of severing a customer that contributes to their salary. I used to go in there as I like to support local business but they could so learn a lot from Bradleys. I will be using the Mountsorrel Post Office.Update I hear they have a new manager so I will re test in a few months
